Liqueurs and Spirits
From single estate Grappa and Limoncello to some equally traditional English fruit liqueurs from the Lurgashall winery this is a list that will grow and grow. Either to be consumed on their own or as part of a food matching excercise they represent some amazing taste sensations.
My particular favourites include adding a drop of strawberry liqueur to a good Prosecco before disappearing into the garden to contemplate life - or perhaps the cricket!
Wines
We currently only have a small selection of wines on our site, but this will build up over the coming months until we have something resembling a comprehensive range.
Our aim is to have a wide and varied mix of wines from around the world with a number of key things in common. Importantly quality will be top of the list, closely followed by value and interest. Additionally we will only include wines that really catch our interest, that said we are always open to debate so if there is a wine you think we should be including please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Many of the wines will be held in small quantities so we apologise now if it disappears quickly. We can guarantee though that there will always be something just as interesting to follow.

Feedback is always really important to us so please let us have your comments and tasting notes – if they're more exciting than ours we might just use them in the future!
Fairtrade and Organic
Here we offer a selection of Fairtrade and Organic products, all certified by the appropriate bodies.
It would be a mistake to think that the only distinction of these products is a premium price tag. Far from it often the price simply reflects the boutique nature of the producer but several are very competitively priced and with no premium added at all reflecting the fact that these products are finally being welcomed into mainstream.
Whiskies
The result of a most wonderful New Year's Eve in Scotland introduced us to whisky and we've never looked back. As well as stocking most of the usual culprits you will also find some really interesting and quality bottlings.
Including some wonderful independent bottlings from Duncan Taylor, Signatory, Gordon MacPhail and Scotts.
The list regularly changes as we buy only limited quantities, particulaly as some of these offerings are in very limited supply. Nonetheless there should still be something to spark your interest.
In addition to the normal size we also stock a variety of whiskies in different sizes such as 5cl, 20cl etc.
Beers, Ales and Meads
A wide variety of Meads, Beers, and Ales from producers around the world. A list we can proudly say is chosen more because we like them than because we had a gap to fill or someone feels it ought to be there.
Lurgashall we believe to be one of, if not, the best producer of Meads around. Their continued pursuit of quality pervades the range and its obvious they love what they do - its infectious!
Our Beer and Ale selection regularly change so keep an eye out for the really interesting ones...
Events
Choose from a wide and varied selection of evenings. These nights will give an opportunity to try new wines and spirits from all over the world in a friendly and relaxing environment. In addition to the tastings we will also be organising a small number of wine maker dinners as well at our clients restaurants.
We hope that each evening will be informative and also give you the chance to meet like minded enthusiasts.
It is intended to try and hold an evening a month.
Also watch out for the 'Panel' evenings. On these evenings those attending will have the chance to join in tasting some of wide range of samples we get and contribute to which ones we put on our list! We may even include your recommendation on the list..

For those of us who are interested in all things wine related there can never be enough in our collection. From wine glasses from one of the best exponents around to strange and unusual decanters, books to learn more and of course those wonderful stoppers to save that last drop!
