You must be over 18 to order any alcoholic drinks from the site.

Delivery

We can deliver wine anywhere in the UK.

We expect to deliver wines within 6 working days.

Please note: Deliveries to Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight, The Scilly Isles and some areas of Scotland may take longer and are subject to a surcharge.

If possible please let us know where the wines can be left if you are out.

If the Wine delivery cannot be completed a card will be left with a phone number so another delivery day can be arranged. We must either obtain a signature or know where the consignment can be left (as above)

Should you require delivery on a specific date please specify when ordering.

We are able to deliver to a work address however we are unable to deliver on weekends or UK National Holidays.

Cases that obtain a discount cannot then be subsequently split and delivered to multiple addresses.

Returns

Damaged goods

Should a wine be damaged in delivery we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

Notification can be by telephone, post, fax, or email within three working days of delivery.

Faulty goods

If a wine is found to be corked or faulty we will be happy to offer a replacement or credit.

Notification must be given to us within 3 working days of delivery.

Incorrect Goods Delivered

On the rare occasions this happens we offer a refund or replacement of the incorrect goods, on return of the bottle(s) in question.

Notification must be given to us within 3 working days of delivery.

Cancelling your order

For your complete peace of mind, you may cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of goods. A refund excluding return postage & packaging will be given, provided that the goods remain in good condition and that the request to cancel is received in writing. Any cancelled order will be refunded within 30 days.

Sale or return

  • All Sale or Return orders must include a minimum of £300 of Wine, Champagne, Port or Spirits
  • A maximum of 20% of the original order quantity can be returned
  • All goods must be in a re-saleable condition otherwise no credit will be given
  • A collection charge of £10.00 per order will be applied to all sale or return orders
  • Please notify us of the details of items and remaining quantities prior to collection.

We prefer to take payment for your order on our website however you can choose to pay by phoning our orders office, by fax, or by post.

We are happy to accept all major credit cards with the exception of Diners Club and American Express.

Credit cards are always debited in UK pounds sterling.

Prices listed are per bottle or by case as stated. They are subject to currency and market fluctuations, changes in duty and VAT, as well as stock remaining unsold. Our price list is in UK pounds sterling
